Barwa Real Estate Company, listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange, has revealed the opening of the registration of interest in the latest projects of the group «Barwa Bay», which will be developed through the company "Assas Real Estate" of the group, in the category of luxury and distinctive real estate in the area of "Marina Lusail" in front of the yacht marina, according to "Sharq" Qatar.
The project is built on a land area of about 17 thousand square meters, which is part of the current real estate portfolio of the group, and consists of two main residential towers based on a common platform, and includes a variety of residential units with different spaces and designs, all of which have sea views. The project also includes retail spaces, restaurants and cafes, in addition to integrated facilities to serve the residents of the project.

On the other hand, Barwa Real Estate announced the sale of a plot of land owned by the entire company of Barwa Lusail, located in the area of Mount Thualeeb in the city of Lusail. Under the agreement, the 8.7 thousand square meters plot of land was sold in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed between the parties.
This transaction is also part of Barwa Real Estate’s strategy to improve the performance of its investment portfolio and exit from some of the non-income-generating assets, which will reflect positively on the Group’s financial performance indicators, contribute to the sustainable growth of shareholder returns, and there is no conflict of interest between the contracting parties to this agreement.
