The number of deals has increased despite the decline in their average value
Rental market data in the Asir region reveals an increase in activity during the third quarter, which recorded the largest number of deals since the beginning of 2026, in conjunction with a recovery in total value compared to the second quarter.
In contrast, the average value of the September lease deal remained about 20% lower than in January, indicating a change in the average value of registered contracts, without necessarily implying lower rental prices for similar properties due to the different types, locations and duration of their contracts.
