The Saudi Land Registry revealed on Sunday the start of receiving applications for the first in-kind registration of (28,547) real estate plots in the Riyadh region.
The first in-kind registration in Riyadh begins in the fire governorate for the following neighborhoods: (part of Al-Waha neighborhood, and a number of other real estate plots), and Artawiya in: (Al-Nakheel neighborhood, Al-Andalus neighborhood, Al-Fayha neighborhood, Al-Rawda neighborhood, Al-Khaleej neighborhood, Al-Ward neighborhood, Sultana neighborhood, Al-Saada neighborhood, Al-Ghadir neighborhood, Al-Nahda neighborhood, Al-Faisaliya neighborhood, and a number of other real estate plots), and Jalajel: (New Industrial Neighborhood, Sheraf neighborhood, Plan No. 198, and a number of other real estate parts), according to the Saudi Press Agency (WAS).
Registration in the city of Riyadh includes the following neighborhoods: (part of the neighborhoods in an open area of the municipality of Al-Aziziyah, part of the neighborhoods in an open area of the municipality of Al-Hair, part of the neighborhoods of the open area of the municipality of Al-Sli, and a number of other real estate plots), and in Hayyaniya: (part of the neighborhood of Al-Nahitiya village, part of the old neighborhood of Hayyaniya, and a number of other real estate plots).
In "Arwa", it includes the following: (part of the neighborhood of Al-Yasmin, and a number of other real estate plots), and in Rawdat Sudair: (Al-Shifa neighborhood, Al-Shorouq neighborhood, Al-Ghobar neighborhood, and a number of other real estate plots), in addition to a number of real estate plots in each of: (Al-Jamsh, Al-Qasab, Al-Quwayiya, Al-Majmaah, Al-Ruwaidah, Ramah, Sajer, Darma, Afif, and Houta Sudair).
