Atara Developments has announced the launch of the Velora Residence project in the Dubai Islands, which includes 58 fully furnished apartments, ranging from one to two rooms, with areas ranging from 857 to 1,857 square feet.
The project is located on the island «A» within the islands of Dubai, between the waterfront and the boulevard. In its statement, the company did not disclose unit prices, payment plans or target date for the completion and delivery of the project.
According to a press release issued today by the company, the design of the project focuses on taking advantage of natural lighting and the use of natural materials, while connecting internal and external spaces. Its design concept is based on the elements of water, air, light and wood, to provide spaces that suit individual needs and family life.
Omid Bazarov, Chief Operating Officer of Atara Real Estate Development, said that the company has chosen to develop a limited unit project to allow greater attention to detail and enhance its connection to its surroundings, pointing out that the design takes into account the daily needs of the population and the balance between privacy and family life.
Atara Developments was established in Dubai in 2017 and focuses on the development of residential properties in island destinations and waterfronts. Its portfolio includes projects in various stages of development in the Pearl of Jumeirah, Dubai Islands, South Lamir Island and Al Marjan Island.
The company previously announced in August 2025 an agreement with Marriott International to develop The Residences at Sheraton Al Marjan Island Resort on Al Murjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The project aims to complete the third quarter of 2028, according to information published on the company’s website, which was seen by the real estate source platform.
