Rising rental activity during the third quarter
The data reflects the increase in the number of lease deals in Riyadh during the third quarter of 2026, coinciding with the recovery in value compared to the second quarter, while the average value of the deal in September remained below its level at the beginning of the year.
The decline in the average value of the deal indicates a change in the value of the registered contracts, but it does not necessarily mean a decrease in the rental prices of similar real estate, due to the different types of real estate, its areas, locations and the duration of its contracts.
