Saudi Fransi Capital, the director of the “Tetem Ret” fund, listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), announced the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 9.18 million to the owners of the Fund’s units for the third quarter of 2026, at SAR 0.18 per unit, with a distribution rate of 1.20% of the net asset value.
The company said in a statement published on "Tadawul" on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, that the distributions include the period from July 1 to September 30, 2026, and the dividend will be distributed on the basis of 51 million units outstanding.
Earnings on November 4
On Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the company set a date for the cash distributions of registered unit owners at the end of the day, provided that the profits are disbursed within 15 working days.
According to the statement, the distribution rate reached 1.20% of the net asset value of the Fund as at 30 June 2026.
Saudi Fransi Capital called on the owners of the units to update their account data with the financial market institutions, to ensure that the profits due directly into their accounts are deposited.
These distributions are part of the periodic cash dividends of the REIT Education Fund, one of the real estate funds traded in the Saudi Stock Exchange.
